A bad day for all of us who care about insightful reporting and unflinching filmmaking on the wars overseas. Everybody who hasn’t seen Hetherington’s Oscar-nominated documentary Restrepo (he co-directed with Sebastian Junger) should drop what they are doing and watch it right now. It offers incredible images and candid testimony from the far-flung front lines in Afghanistan. Even more heart-wrenching given today’s sad news from Libya.

“Veterans suffering from post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD) now can turn to their mobile devices for help, thanks to a new application from the Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) and the Department of Defense (DOD). The two agencies have developed the PTSD Coach application to help veterans dealing with symptoms of PTSD. The app can link them to local sources of support and even help manage their symptoms in the moment, according to the VA.”
Getting ready for our Tribeca Premiere. Come see the movie and help us avoid the theaters looking like this!
Just saw the US premiere of Yelling to the Sky (amazing!) and the midnight shorts featuring Good Morning Beautiful, directed by our very own Todd Cobery. What a night.
Headed to Sxsw to support our producer Todd Cobery and his short film ‘Good Morning Beautiful’, playing in the midnight shorts program. Congrats Todd!
